In this candid and thought-provoking class we will delve into the often overlooked adult themes of these holidays and observances. From confronting issues of sex, consent and misogyny in the Purim narrative to grappling with themes of trauma and violence in Tisha B’Av, we will navigate the complexities of our tradition. Join us for challenging discussions and a deeper understanding of the adult realities embedded within Jewish tradition. This class is open to all adults.
