CREATE A VISION BOARD: MAP OUT YOUR PLAN FOR THE NEW YEAR

Rosh Hashanah is a time when we think about how we want to be in the New Year. The month leading up to the New Year, Elul is also designated as a time for self-reflection. What better opportunity to self-reflect and imagine your life in the Jewish New Year than to take a clean slate and create your own vision board? A vision board is a collage of images and words representing a person’s wishes or goals, intended to serve as both inspiration and motivation. In two sessions, we will discuss, plan and implement a personal vision board. Craft a practical and functional reminder of the thoughts and goals that focus on what is important to you.
