This four-week Canasta series is available to anyone who has completed the four-week “Canasta For Beginners” classes at Beth El and has an understanding of “The Rule of Five.”

Delve into the classic texts of our tradition, from Talmud to Torah commentary. The class is seminar-style and filled with discussions about ancient and contemporary issues. The ability to read Hebrew is helpful, although not required.

Learn to ground your feet, strengthen your legs and improve your posture, balance, and stability. Enjoy the Torah component that leads you into the class.
